Depending on the scope of work, we may require an in-person consultation. If you choose an online consultation, we may request additional information before the meeting. Consultation fees are non-refundable. If you decide to move forward with us to complete the work, the consultation fee will be credited to your first invoice. 

Our Consultations are much more than just an opportunity to meet you and learn about your project. Leading up to, and during our consultation visit, we will research your home and property to:

• Understand potential zoning & building code requirements that may impact the work

• Gauge the overall feasibility of the proposed scope of work

• Review design/engineering consultant requirements (if any)

• Provide you with conceptual estimates of the bottom line construction costs based on the scope of work. 

After our consultation, we will provide you with a summary report of our discussion.
